The villa is located in a privileged location just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Vilamoura and 10 minutes from the Marina and beach where you will find plenty of entertainment. This elegant accommodation is perfect for groups or family holidays. All rooms have a private bathroom, two with a shower and one with bath.

Fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove and oven. There are no gas appliances. The villa has 3 bedrooms all en-suite, composed of 3 floors, the owners, Fernando and Tanya live in the basement but they have their own entrance and offer 100% privacy to the guests, besides they are always prepared to help the guests in any situation.

On the ground floor there is a small bedroom with 2 single beds, equipped kitchen, living room, toilet, and a covered terrace with barbecue. for meals al fresco. On the first floor there are two double en-suite bedrooms, each one with terrace.
