A propriedade está inserida numa área de 8.200 m2 com piscina no exterior, rodeada de lindíssimas paisagens entre elas as serras do Merouço, Gerês e Cabreira, assim como os rios Cavado e Ave que deslizam suavemente ao longo delas.
